Description: Due to a very strong family history our patient underwent bilateral total mastectomies and bilateral immediate reconstruction with Latissimus Dorsi flaps. Nipple-areolar reconstruction and scar revisions were performed as a second procedure. Nipple-areolar tattooing was performed as the final step in the office under local anesthetic.
