Description: This patient underwent bilateral skin-sparing mastectomies and immediate breast reconstruction with DIEP flaps. Nipple-areolar reconstructions were performed at a second procedure along with revision of the reconstructed breast for optimal symmetry. Abdominal contouring was also performed at this second stage. Nipple-areolar tattooing was performed as the final reconstructive stage as an office procedure.
