Description: This patient underwent bilateral immediate breast reconstruction with DIEP flaps. Nipple-areolar reconstructions, breast revision and abdominal re-contouring were performed at stage two. Nipple-areolar tattoing was performed as the final stage in the office under local anesthetic.
