Description: This patient underwent right skin-sparing mastectomy and immediate reconstruction with a latissimus flap. She had previously undergone lumpectomy and radiation on the left side. Nipple-areolar reconstruction, left mastopexy (breast lift) was performed at the second stage. Right nipple-areolar tattooing was performed as the final stage under local anesthetic in the office.
