Description: This patient underwent a left skin-sparing mastectomy for breast cancer and immediate DIEP flap breast reconstruction. Nipple reconstruction was performed as a second reconstructive stage followed by nipple-areolar micropigmentation (tattooing) in the office as the final (third) reconstructive stage.
